Don't let COVID take the sparkle out of Christmas 2020
As restrictions start to lift and trading re-commences Christmas Tree Rentals are working on plans to recommence our services whilst abiding by government guidelines.
Christmas Tree Rentals will be adopting the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy guidelines for Offices and Contact Centres to shape the delivery of our service.
Key changes to service delivery:
All customer site restrictions and regulations will be adhered to.
Proof of visits will be contactless.
Employees within the non-vulnerable groups will be prioritised for return to work.
To safeguard our customers, our employees and the general public social distancing will be observed at all times
All employees will wash or clean their hands for at least 20 seconds before entering or leaving a site and on a regular basis, particularly after blowing their nose, sneezing or coughing. Where facilities to wash hands are not available, hand sanitiser will be used.
We will use a consistent pairing system if people must work in close-proximity, for example, during two-person working, lifting or maintenance activities that cannot be redesigned.
The relevant PPE will be provided where required and will be consistent with the latest government advice.
Any employee or their household displaying symptoms of Covid-19 will self-isolate for 7 days along with any fixed team working partner.
